Frightful Villain Malificent

I loved the challenge over at Forever Night (Freaky Friday) this week.  It was to incorporate a Villain into your project.  I remember dressing as Malificent a few years back for Halloween and eagerly searched the web for some coloring pages that I could manipulate into an image for my card.  I found a perfect image (to suit my fancy) and colored with my Whisper Strokes Dual Tip Watercolor Markers.

I started with black card stock as my base cut to 6x6.  I then used Bo Bunny striped paper for my next layer cut to 5x5.  My center square (black again) measured 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 before I crinkled it into a ball and gave the edges a torn effect.  I then used an olive green Studio G ink pad to emphasize all the creases.    I used inque boutique ribbon (chartreuse) and bunched it across the bottom of the striped paper.  I then used a skull sticker (from a pack I bought a while back).  The saying "frightful" is a rub-on.  The faux stitching around the edge of the black card stock and striped paper was done using my white gel pen.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Forever Night (Freaky Friday) - #9 Villains
Dutch Dare - #131 Sketch
Creative Cutter Room - Fall is Here
Crafts and Me - #53 Stripes
Simply Sunday with K Andrew - Halloween
The Paper Shelter - #32 Anything Goes
