Sparkly Sweet Craft Notions Grand-Opening Hop!

Welcome to the Sparkly Sweet Craft Notions Grand-Opening Hop!

As you hop along each stop will be showcasing items that can be found in the NEW Sparkly Sweet Craft Notions online store.

The Sparkly Sweet Craft Notions store focuses mainly on brads and eyelets. However, it does have a few other crafty notions that you can't live without, along with being very proud to carry May Arts ribbon.

Here is my wonderful array of Sparkly Sweet Craft Notions goodies that I got to play with for the Blog Hop!

Don't you just love that large paper clip!  SQUEAL!

I decided it was time to alter another Composition Book since school is right around the corner.  My kids start back next week.

I gathered a whole lot of crafty goodness to use with that gorgeous May Arts Ribbon and the fun brads and jute string.

Lots of Fancy Pants designs paper, stickers, chipboard and other embellishments.

I also used some solid card stock and a variety of Tim Holtz Distress Inks.

First, let me show you the finished Paper Clip that I altered into a Book Mark.  

I just love that Eyeglass Brad!!!

I used some punched scalloped rectangles as my Bookmark Topper and filled it with a few stickers, chipboard pieces, and some buttons.  

I tied a small bow under the apple using the jute string from Sparkly Sweet.

Here is the finished Notebook and some of the inside pages, too.

The large green flower is an Elegant Floral - Pleated Petal in Goblin Green from the Pinque Peacock Shop

I used the darling black chevron May Arts Ribbon to accent the bind.  The bow is tied at the top and the remaining tail is used as another page marker.

I divided the book into 5 sections for each day of the week.  I placed a coordinating color of card stock at the front of each daily section and used some of the Fancy Pants chipboard pennants as page tabs.

I used a lot of different lines of paper and card stock for this card today.  I wanted to achieve mimicking some of the wonderful colors of Sweet Tara's (Original) Blog Design along with mixing in the Desert Theme for her Blogaversary Celebration.

I wanted to create a Fun and Vibrant Mother's Day card for my Mom!

I also used a new flower that is being introduced TODAY!!!
It is a Small Layered Garden Beauty.
Smaller than the original, but just as cute!




I used a lot of the Summer Brights Fabric Covered Buttons (3/4" flat back) on my colorful card.

I love the circles on this Susan Weckesser Card Stock.  The buttons just magically fit (and matched) perfectly!

I also placed a few of the Angel (AB Crystal) Stick Pins from the April Release behind the "Mother" Tag.
