All dp papers were gathered from my scraps
Desert card stock for base. Twine - Cappuccino by the Twinery. Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Vintage Photo.
I used the Crafty Sprouts stamp set Besties for Life for the sentiment.

I also used the following Unity Stamps: Butterfly - from A Mother's Love; Fence and flowers - from KOM 03/10 - Rockin' it Unity Style; Tree - from Unity Grab Bag purchase.

I loved the twine wing on the cute little birdie, so I decided to try this technique for the body of my butterfly. This is the first time I tried this technique and it proved quite difficult. But with more practice I hope to get better. I also liked the bright cheery colors. I love spring and am eager for the season to arrive. Thanks for the inspiration Carley!!!
